Hip-Hop videos and a concept of each

Emily Hyett

Ben Homewood

When listening to this song I imagine the set to be very dark, with lowlighting. This adds a sense of tranquility. This song isn't very fast paced so I can imagine the video to have slow transitions with minimal colour to portray the genre of hip hop. I can imagine the video to include women as the hip hop genre is centered around women and other videos I have seen in this genre all focus on women. I can also imagine the video to include money, cars, drugs and alcohol as this is considered the normal behaviour of people who listen to this genre

The video for this has day scenes and only a few night scenes where the main artist is seen with a woman giving her is number, this reinforces the image of the hip hop genre of men being surrounded by women.

The video is also very slow paced and calm showing that the artist is very chilled and care free.

While listening this song I could imagen rebelish things happing such as, a riot and going against what their meant to be doing. As they say no church in the wild it's like their against religious things causing them to be rebelish. I could also imagine them going completely against what society expects from them.

This video shows them starting a riot, the men are dressed in dark starting to go against whats expected.  The males are covering their faces to show that they know what their doing is wrong but they are still going to be doing it. There is more volience in the clip them what I originally imagined. The location is a run down location and also looks very dark and place almost trying to cover up whats happening.
